Perfect Solution for Chapped Lips 💋
Hello everyone,
Do you suffer from chapped lips throughout the seasons?
I do, My lips are sensitive and the cold weather makes my lips become cracked and looking chapped.
This is a fast easy way to care for lips throughout the harsh seasons,
Giving our lips the nourishment they deserve. Rehydrate and exfoliating our lips as meny benefits.
This simple little recipe is all you will need. To have super soft lips
You will only need suger, coffee, mct coconut oil, solid coconut oil, essential oils are optional and little glass jar to store your lip scrub.

There super soft, yes I'm happy.
Let's get on..
Below I used freash ground coffee.
I grind up the coffee so it becomes fine.
Below is the small jam jar
I will use to store the lip scrup
Mct coconut oil
I use grapefruit essential oil
This as benefits to skin, lips and hair.
It is optional.
Solid Coconut oil
LETS START 😀
You can use a bowl and mix all your ingredients together
Then add to your little jar?
I just add to the jar so I dont make to much.
Add 1.5 teaspoon of suger
Add 1 teaspoon of fine blended coffee
Put the lid on the jar give it a shake.
Mix well if using a bowl
It will look like below
I add 1 teaspoon of solid coconut oil
(this will make it into a paste, if i only used mct oil it would look like liquid)
And 1.5 teaspoons of mct coconut oil
Mix it well
I add 10 drops of grapefruit essential oil
Mix well
Pop the lid on,
It should look like below
Put it in the fridge to set,
30 mins
Below it as set.
You can smell grapefruit and coffee
And that's how easy you can make a lip scrup with coffee and suger.
It looks very interesting to use.
I used this straight away
It felt very gritty.🤔
BUT
After moisturising the scrub into my lips I waited ten mins and washed it of with warm water using a clean cloth and WOW my lips are so soft.
The grapefruit is grate the coffee and suger did exfoliate my lips removing the loose skin.
No chapped lips.
I'm very pleased with this I've never used coffee before in any project's.
The cost of natural lip scrubs is costly,
