Strawberry Girl Trend: Cute and Easy Strawberry Makeup Look

Tools and materials:

• Sunscreen 
• Spoolie
• Brow pen
• Translucent powder
• Berry-colored blush
• Fluffy crease brush
• Highlighter
• Brown eyeliner 
• Angled brush
• Q-tip
• Beauty blender
• Foundation 
• Contour
• Red lip gloss
• Mascara
• White eyeliner
• Lashes 
• Skin-colored eyeliner pencil

1. Skin prep

Prepare your skin the way you normally would before applying makeup.

I like applying sunscreen because it offers moisture and protection.

2. Brows

Brush your brows upward with a spoolie. Then go in with an angled brush and fill in any gaps. 

You can also use a brow pen to sketch some hair in hollow areas.

3. Eyes

Prime your lids and set them with a translucent powder. Then brush some berry-colored blush on your eyelids.

This look has a very flushed pink cheek and is monochromatic.

Keeping all the tones the same by using the same product in multiple ways is a great way to execute this look.

Use a fluffy crease brush to wash that color on the entire lid. Then use a highlighter to highlight the middle of the lid.

4. Liner

This look is typically done with a brown liner because it goes with the soft aesthetic.

Apply your liner by rubbing it on an angled brush and sketch a thin line from the middle of the lid to the end.

When you get to the end of the lid, lift the line up into a wing.

The angle you lift it will be dependent on how your crease sits and how deep-set your eyes are. You don’t want your crease to interfere with your liner.

When that’s finished take a pointed Q-tip, dipped in moisturizer, and use it to clean any fallout from under the eye.

You can also use it to sharpen and stretch out the wing line.

5. Foundation

Apply foundation to the face. Then blend some concealer under your eyes.

Use the same concealer to brighten the rest of your face with a beauty blender.

6. Contour

You can use contour to add some shape to the face. Contour your cheekbones, forehead, and nose.

I used a contour stick and blended it out with a contour shader brush.

7. Blush

I’m using a pink blush called “berry love.”

You can go in pretty heavy on the blush for the sunburnt look and apply it to your nose as well. 

This look is all about that pink, sun-kissed, slightly burnt vibe.

8. Lips

The strawberry girl trend features a berry-stained juicy lip. I didn’t have a red gloss so I created my own by combining products.

I applied a red lip liner softly to the lip line and blended it inward with my finger.

Then I went in with a tinted lip balm.

9. Finishing touches

If you want to sharpen the winged eyelids use a white liner and draw a white line under the wing. 

The juxtaposition of the dark and light creates a cool lifting illusion in addition to providing more definition.

Don’t forget to apply mascara to the top and bottom lids. Applying it to the bottom lids will open and round out the eyes.

Use a setting spray to melt all those products together. 

Now, if you want you can add clusters of individual lashes to provide some lift and create that doe-eyed effect.

Fill in your waterline with a skin-colored pencil. Then add a touch of dewiness to your cheekbones using a bit of highlighter.
