How to Do Classy White Nails With Silver Glitter for Christmas
It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas! While you’re decorating your home, why not glam up your nails for the festive season, too? I’ll be doing white nails with silver glitter to get into the festive spirit in this tutorial.
These Christmas white glitter nails are magical and remind me of a white Christmas. Plus, this look is actually really straightforward to do! Let’s get painting.
Tools and materials:
- Glitter nail polish
- White nail polish
- Base coat
- Top coat
- Sticky tape
- Milky, sheer nail polish
1. Apply the sheer nail polish
Go ahead and apply one coat of this gorgeous milky sheer nail polish.
2. Apply a top coat
Now, go ahead and apply a top coat. You want your nails to be fully dry before creating the white nail designs with glitter.
Tip: Quick-dry topcoats work best and save time!
3. Apply silver glitter nail polish
Now, go ahead and apply some glittery holographic nail polish. Apply it in a rough “V” shape, as shown.
4. Add sticky tape
Now, cut some tape into triangles.
5. Apply white nail polish
Stick the triangular tape in the middle of your nail (make sure your glitter nail polish is completely dry). Then, paint the sides accordingly.
Then, immediately remove the tape. Repeat on the other nails.
6. Apply a top coat
Now, to give off a lovely glossy finish, don’t forget to add a nice layer of top coat on your white glitter Christmas nails!
