3 Holiday Shindig Get Ups
Here are three holiday outfit inspos that are perfect for holiday shindigs or just any day you want to feel festive. Some of these pieces are second hand, some are new. Outfit number one! I scored this amazing festive blazer on sale at my local thrift shop the day after Christmas last year. It actually came with matching slacks but my booty is a little too round to fit into them and maintain my dignity. I kept the pants just in case one day one of my boys fits into them and they want to wear them. Anyhow! The blazer fits like a glove. I love that it is lined with red so I can cuff the sleeves and have a little pop of red. I’m paring this little beauty with a striped short sleeve turtleneck that I snagged second hand. My high waisted, button fly, black, skinny jeans are from oldnavy and I love them! Sooooo comfortable. My white doc marten Chelsea boots are like the cherry on top. Outfit number two! This was a little more casual go to. But you can dress it up with a little statement necklace and herringbone vest. I’m wearing a red flannel that I snagged last year from goodwill, some oldnavy distressed denim, a second hand vest, a target statement necklace, and of course vans! They go with everything and they are a classic. I felt cozy and festive in this get up. Perfect for all of life’s busy activities.
Last but never least, outfit number three! There is so much second hand going on here, but who can tell?! I loved wearing this outfit. Isn’t that low back sweater to die for?! And the plaid pencil skirt with riding boots? Gahhh! I’m in love. Also! it is all super stretchy and comfy. Literally everything except my boots is secondhand. The necklace, sweater, skirt, belt, secondhand! My boots were a score from J.C. Penney last year. I snagged them up after the winter season and got them on a huge discount. I love how they look with skirts and dresses.
