Make a Unique Face Mask Chain In 30 Minutes
There are so many styles and ways to make a face mask, but there’s another creative way to spruce up a boring face mask, and that’s with a face mask chain! If you want to know how to make a face mask chain, then this is the tutorial to follow! I’ll be showing you a step-by-step process to turn any face mask into something extraordinary! I’ll be showing you two incredible styles of lanyard necklaces to wear. Let’s start!
Tools and materials:
- Longnose pliers
- Round nose pliers
- Cutting tool
- Double strand chains
- 2 Lobster clasps
- 2 jump rings
- Headpins
- Beads
Single strand necklace
Make the loops
Grab your headpin and string through a bead. Now, you will be making two loops on either side. With your round nose pliers, bend the headpin at a 90-degree angle and then curl it around into a perfect loop.
For the second loop on the other side, cut the head pin so that you have enough length for another loop and repeat the same process.
Make 6 of these beads, as shown.

Assemble the chain
Measure 2 inches on your chain and cut. Then, cut another chain with a 2-inch length.
Now, open one side of the loop and slide a loop from another bead. Then, close the gap very tightly.
Add a third bead by repeating the same process as above. You should now have three linked beads. Open one of the side loops and attach one of the 2-inch chains on the last link. Be sure to close the loop tightly afterward.
On the other end, attach the longer chain, as shown.
On the other side of the long-chain, add three beads and finish off the pattern with the second 2-inch chain.
To finish off the chain, add a jump ring to one side with a lobster clasp; using your long nose plier tool to open and close the ring accordingly. Repeat the process on the other short end of the long-chain,

Double chain necklace
Prep your chains
This mini-tutorial is relatively easy to create as you just need a double chain. Make sure it is the same length before you go ahead and add the lobster clasps.
Add the lobster clasps
Now, with the help of your pliers, open the jumper ring and insert your first chain. Insert the short end of the second chain, and insert a lobster clasp, too.
Close the jump ring and make sure there are no gaps.
Repeat the process on the other side.
