If you have some boring old baseball caps in your closet, or you just want to create your own uniquely-styled baseball cap, then try this quick and simple DIY using iron-on patches.
Tools and materials:
- Plain baseball cap
- Iron-on patches
- Scissors
- Clothes iron
1. Choose your cap
Pull an old cap out of your closet or pick up a new one from a clearance rack. A solid-colored cap is your best choice.
2. Choose your design
Pick up a sheet of iron-on patches in any design you want. Just make sure they are the right size to fit on your cap.
3. Decorate your cap
Roughly cut out the design patches you want to use.
Place the patch on your cap and iron it on according to the directions on the iron-on patches package.
Peel off the backing from the iron-on patch.
Add as many patches as you want in whatever pattern you wish!

Curious… how would you do this with foam insulated caps? I think it would be very pretty, with the right decal, on a winter cap.
