How to Wear a Scarf and Strapless Dress Together

Then, here’s a tutorial to show you a cool way to wear a scarf and a sleeveless dress together for maximum effect.

Tools and materials:
- Simple sleeveless dress
- Large fashion scarf
1. Choose your scarf
Pick a scarf that compliments your sleeveless dress. I've got a plain black dress, so I’m using a colorful scarf to add some pop to this outfit.
2. Weave in your scarf
Pull one end of your scarf under one strap of your dress, from the bottom to the top, and the front to the back.
Pull that end of your scarf around the back of your neck, and through the second strap of your dress from back to front.
3. Create sleeves
Find the two bottom corners of your scarf, on one side.
Now, tie those corners together.
Repeat on the other side.
And now, your simple sleeveless dress has cute, billowy, colorful sleeves!
