How to Get the ICONIC Barbie Ponytail With Front Curls
Hey Barbie girls! Follow along to learn how to get the iconic Barbie ponytail with bangs. Here I’m styling my day 3 heatless curls.
Tools and materials:
- Heatless curl set for bangs
- Hairbrush
- Hair tie
- Small claw clip
- Hair pins
- Hairspray
1 Insert heatless curl set to your bangs
Section off pieces of your bands and wrap them with a heatless curl set for bangs. Pull the rest of your hair into a ponytail.
Secure tightly with a hair tie.
2. Add volume to the ponytail
Split the ponytail into 2 equal sections, one on top of the other.
Place a small claw clip on the bottom section of the ponytail, directly under the hair tie.
Wrap a piece of hair around the base of the ponytail to hide the hair tie and secure it in place.
3. Remove the bang curlers
Remove one curler from your bangs to check if you left them for enough time. If you’re satisfied with the curl, remove the rest.
4. Make the bangs dense
Bunch up the bangs to make a shorter and denser section of curls.
Then secure the hair with hair pins where they won’t be seen.
Apply hairspray to hold the curled bangs in place.
Perfection!
