1. Make a sleek ponytail
Put your hair in a sleek, low ponytail. Apply hair oil or styling gel if you’d like, and secure with a hair tie.
Add a decorative hair tie on top if you’d like.
2. Split and thread
Split the tail into 4 parts. Then secure each 2 adjacent pieces at the ends with a clear, hair elastic. Thread 1 side through the other.
Go back and forth with each piece, threading 1 through the other until you reach the end of the hair. Secure the end with a clear, hair elastic.
3. Finishing touches
