Unconventional Valentine's Day Edit

Valentine's Day is the ultimate reason to dress it up or dress it down. In this post, we will be discussing all the ways you can dress for this hallmark holiday.

As always, to each their own when it comes to fashion and style. Last year, I most definitely rocked pajamas, but this year I'm thinking all black!

I will be completely honest I have never been a theme of a heart pattern, and probably never will. However, the color pink I can get behind. Solid colors in the range of "love" (i.e. Pink, Red, Pastels). This is the most basic of basic looks. Styled, jeans with a crop vintage pink top, with tennis.

If you prefer to go with a theme, you most definitely do not have to go with the preconceived colors for the holiday. I have had this sweater for years and love the green! The "Amore" lettering was just the right amount of theme for me!

The all-black affair. I am a huge fan of all-black styles. LBD would have been my go-to, but I chose a dress and blazer to spice it up a bit.

Sticking with the blazer theme. I added a casual jean vibe to make it more comfortable. Jeans are so underrated for being an everyday wear, but they can be dressed up as well.

What are your thoughts on a "themed" holiday dress?!
