How to Do a Clean Girl Makeup Look - Easy, Natural-Looking Makeup

In this tutorial, I will show you my clean-girl makeup routine. This is an easy natural makeup routine that you can use for everyday makeup, using the makeup you already have. It just might become your favorite, go-to makeup look. Ready to get started? Let’s go!
Tools and materials:
- Face moisturizer
- Hydrating lip balm
- Illuminating primer
- Brow liner
- Concealer
- Foundation
- Setting spray
- Setting powder
- Light eyeshadow palette
- Lip liner
- Liquid lipstick
- Eyeliner
- Mascara
- Bronzer
- Assorted makeup brushes and sponges
1. Prep your face
Start by removing any facial hair from your face, and then fully moisturize your face so it is well-hydrated before applying any makeup.
Also apply a hydrating lip balm to your lips.
2. Apply hydrating primer
Apply a hydrating illuminating primer to your face and smooth it into your skin.
3. Line your brows
Use a brow liner in small strokes to help define your brows.
Then use a spoolie brush to comb and smooth your brows.
4. Apply concealer
Apply liquid concealer below your eyebrows and on your upper eyelids.
Use a foundation brush to blend out the concealer.
5. Add foundation
Apply your foundation to a foundation brush and then mist some setting spray onto the brush before applying the foundation to your face.
Use your makeup brush to press the foundation into your skin.
Then use a makeup sponge to smooth the foundation.
6. More concealer
Apply concealer under your eyes, down your nose, and around your lips – basically any of the spots where the light will hit your face.
Press in the concealer with a makeup sponge to blend it seamlessly.
7. Apply setting spray and powder
To make sure your foundation and concealer last, first mist your face with setting spray. Then, use a beauty blender to lightly tap on setting powder everywhere you applied concealer.
8. Add contouring
You can use contouring liquid, a contouring stick or a shadow palette with a contouring brush to apply contour around the perimeter of your face.
Use a thinner brush to apply contouring to your nose.
9. Apply eyeshadow
Apply a light-toned eyeshadow to your upper and lower eyelids.
10. Blend off the powder
Use a large fluffy makeup brush to blend off all the powder left on your face.
11. Add blush
Use the same color from your palette that you used for your eyeshadow as blush for your cheekbones. Using this same color consistently ties the look together and makes your makeup look seamless and natural.
12. Don’t forget your lips
Line your lips using a natural shade lip pencil.
Apply a liquid matte lipstick in a light shade.
Use a brush to blend the lipstick.
13. Apply eyeliner
Use liquid eyeliner only to add a wing to your lash line, not across your whole lash line.
Then use a brow pencil to line under your lower lashes.
14. Finally, some mascara
Apply mascara to your upper and lower lashes, and use the mascara brush to help separate your lashes.
15. Finish with highlighter, a brush, and a spray
Use a highlighter bronzer on the bridge of your nose, under your brows, and on your cheekbones.
Then give your face a final brush with a large fluffy makeup brush.
And apply one more mist of setting spray.
