How to Do an Easy Soft Natural Makeup Look
Today, I'm going to show you my no-makeup makeup tutorial.
What I mean by that is I’m going to create a soft natural makeup look that looks so seamless, it almost looks as if I’m not wearing makeup.
For me, that’s how makeup should be, as I’m (personally) not a fan of looks where the makeup looks really obvious. Let’s get started.
Tools and materials:
- Concealer
- Angled brush
- Face powder
- Blush
- Mascara
- Loose powder
- Powder brush
- Mascara primer
- Primer
- Lipstick
- Fine brush
1. Concealer
First, apply concealer around your eyes and notes. If you ever have any breakouts or spots, use the concealer to camouflage them.
Today, I did not feel the need to put any foundation on my face, I just used a concealer to camouflage all of the little blemishes, pimples, and under-eye creases.
2. Contour
Next, take an angled brush and some contouring compact powder and do a very light contouring on your cheekbones as well as your forehead.
3. Blush
Now go in with your favorite blush. I am using one in an eggplant color and am applying it with a different angled brush.
Apply it just above your contouring line and make sure to blend the two powders together.
I like to apply my blush in a circular motion, always starting from my hairline down to my cheekbones.
4. Loose powder
Next, apply loose powder with a powder brush. Set it on your t-zone and on your cheeks.
Loose powder helps to blend everything in.
5. Mascara
Now apply primer on your eyelashes which also acts as a moisturizer and a volumizer. Then put on the mascara.
6. Lipstick
Now it’s time to do your lips. I’m using lipstick in blush pink.
7. Eyebrows
The final touch is to give your eyebrows a little bit of a brush to make sure that they are not all over the place.
Soft natural makeup look
That's pretty much my makeup routine on a regular day, I don't like to wear heavy makeup if I don't have to.
I hope you enjoyed this no-makeup natural makeup look and you can either try it for yourself or incorporate aspects into your makeup routine.
