Tools and materials:
- Oversized blazer
- Safety pins
- Silk ribbon
- Ruler
- Pencil
1. Make columns of safety pins
Arrange the safety pins in 2 columns under each arm, with the heads of the pins staying inside the garment.
You can use a ruler and pencil to make sure they are evenly spaced and that the rows are parallel.
2. Thread the ribbon
Thread the ribbon through the safety pins in a criss-cross pattern.
Then just tie bows at the ends!
You can pull the ribbon as tightly as you need to adjust the size.

Very cool, I would go w/ a ribbon that didn’t look so much like a shoelace & coordinated better with my blazer to blend in but I love this!
