Try out this easy, fall hairstyle with me.

It’s great if you love the look of keeping your hair down because it only involves styling one side of your head.

Tools and materials:

  • Tail comb
  • Hair elastics
  • Alligator clip
  • Bobby pin
Sectioning hair

1. Section off the front of your hair

Start with a side part. On the smaller side of the part, use a tail comb to separate a section of hair in front of your ear. Clip back the hair that’s right behind it.

2. Make a small ponytail-to-braid

Use your tail comb to section off a small ponytail and secure it with a hair elastic.

Then start a 3-strand braid. Stop the braid and hold the end after about 2 inches.

3. Attach another ponytail-to-braid

Section off another ponytail of the same size below this, adding it to the tail of the braid.

Secure them together with a hair elastic and start braiding again.

Once you’ve reached in front of your ear, tie it off with another elastic.

4. Pin the end

Pull the tail underneath the rest of your hair to hide it, and pin it in place with a bobby pin.

Remove the clip that was holding the hair back.
