Super Easy Eye Makeup Look for Over 50s
I love sharing great eye makeup looks for my over 50 ladies.
When applied correctly, eye makeup can shave years off your overall appearance.
Here is a great eyeshadow look you can create with a primer and a trio of eyeshadows. All you need is two complementary colors and a shimmer.
Tools and materials:
- Bronzer
- Two shades of eyeshadow
- Shimer
- Eyeshadow brush

1. Tone your eyelids
Start by toning your eyelids.
I’m doing this with the Bella bronzer. You can use whichever bronzer you have.
2. Apply your colors
Apply the first shade of eyeshadow from the inside of your eye toward the center.
I’m using a medium pink which is the lighter of the two shades.
Next I’m using this matte shade called Zion.
Use your second, darker color and apply it from the outside of your eyelid towards the center.
Make sure you keep your eye open and brush it up towards the brow bone.
Tap off any excess eyeshadow and start to blend from the outer edges of the eyelid towards the center.
3. Add a bit of shimmer
For the third color of the trio, use something with a bit of shimmer. The one I’m using is called Soulmate.
Apply it with your finger from the inside corner along the lashes to the outer corner. Take your eyeshadow brush and lightly blend.
