Fall Transitional Sweaters

I struggle at times in the fall to wear pieces that will work all day. Considering it’s quite chilly in the morning but can still warm up to the 60’s or so during the day I’m hesitant to pull out the chunky sweaters yet. These few tops I grabbed recently are perfect for those kind of days. They are long sleeve but thinner so work great with a jacket or coat in the morning that can be ditched if it warms up.

This whole outfit is a win actually. This mock next place sleeve top is absolutely adorable. It comes in black and a creme color from Maurice’s it will go with anything! A skirt, jeans, slacks, just about anything. It’s also a great layering piece for under jackets because it’s not too heavy.

These high waisted flare leg rust colored cords from Old Navy are SO good. Comfy, great fit, and they come in a petite size so they are a great length and I have a 2inch on.

Closer up view of the sleeves and you can see the neck has a slight ruffle detail as well.

Another adorable choice is this argyle print light weight sweater from Maurice’s as well. It has the blouson sleeves and the material is super soft. True to size. I’m in my usual XS and still have plenty of room. Dress down with jeans and boots for another adorable option.
