Best heat protector!
Tools and materials:
- 2 toilet paper rolls
- Hair straightener
- Brush/comb
- Clips
- Hairspray (optional)
1. Prepare
Straighten and comb your hair. Then split your bangs horizontally, parallel to the length of your forehead.
2. Roll 1
Take the back section of the bangs. Use a hair straightener and clasp it as close to the roots as possible.
Pull the hair upwards with the straightener.
Place a toilet paper roll behind that section of hair and wrap the hair over and around the roll.
Use a clip to hold the hair and toilet paper roll in place.
3. Roll 2
Take the front section of the bangs and use a straightener, getting as close as possible to the roots.
Pull the straightener down and tuck a second toilet paper roll underneath the hair, between the hair and your forehead.
Wrap the hair around the roll and secure it with a clip.
4. Set and release
The longer you leave the rolls in, the better your results will be.
Sleeping with them overnight is ideal.
You can also spray them with hairspray for a longer and stronger hold.
Release the clips, and take out the rolls.

When I was a teenager in the 60s, we used empty frozen orange juice cans! Now we have large rollers.
