Upcycle Walmart Jeans to Look Designer
Grab a pair of $17.98 Walmart jeans (or any pair in your closet that you want to spruce up!) and give them a designer makeover.
Follow along with this step-by-step tutorial.
Tools and materials:
- Jeans
- Fabric scissors
- Rhinestones
- Rhinestone pickup tool
- Glue
- Pointed tweezers
1. Cut up the legs
Use fabric scissors to cut up the center of each pant leg.
2. Add glue and attach rhinestones
Apply glue to one side of one of the cuts. Then use tweezers to pick up rhinestones and adhere them to the glue.
You can also use a rhinestone pickup tool to push them in place.
Repeat on either side of the slit, on both pant legs.
That’s all there is to these adorable, flare, rhinestone jeans!
Make sure the glue has set before you wear them.

Very cute. I would prob sew the hem to keep from raveling. What kind of glue did you use? Do they get through the laundry ok?
