If you've been following my page for a while, you know that I just had a baby! And with babies comes a lot of changes when it comes to attire. Especially if you plan to breastfeed! A good nursing bra or any bra for that matter is hard to find and takes a lot of trial-and-error. But when it comes to nursing bras they're only needed for a short period of time. And they are NOT cheap. They are also not easy to find. When it comes to regular bras you could go into most stores and find something, but with nursing bras it's only a few retailers that carry them and not a lot of options at that.

I got these bras by Jessica Simpson when I was pregnant and found them very comfortable at TJ Maxx. The other important thing to keep in mind when it comes to nursing bras is that they will not last, meaning they will probably be gross and covered in breast milk by the time you are done nursing. Hence another reason not to spend too much money on them, at the same time you want to be comfortable.

I started by removing the hymn that connected the strap to the brawl part using this tool.

I got these clips from Amazon for $3! For comparison most nursing bras are $50 each.

Then I just sewed in the clips on each side.

To be honest I'm not the best when it comes to sewing and I think that's fine it doesn't have to be perfect, just has to be secure.

Vola! nursing bras for about $15 a piece
