In this summer lookbook, I’ve put together five outfits that are fit for the hot weather.

If you’re not sure what to wear this season, checking out the outfits someone else will be rocking is always a great way to pick up styling inspiration. Let’s jump on in!

Floral dress

1. Floral dress

First up, we have this gorgeous floral mini dress in a soft pastel green with orange and white flowers on it.

I love the crossover, V-shaped neckline, and the slight flare on the sleeves.

I’ve paired the dress with a pair of beige, neutral flats that go with anything. This whole look is light and breezy for the summer.

Bow neck blouse

2. Bow neck blouse

From light to dark, this next look features a pair of brown high-waisted shorts with a black bow-neck blouse.

A skinny black belt helps to cinch in my waist and carry the black down into the bottoms. A pair of black pointed-toe flats finish off the look.

Maxi dress

3. Maxi dress

For the third look, I’m wearing a blue, pinafore-style maxi dress.

It has a big, square neckline with brown buttons going down the front and beautiful draped bottom half.

Underneath it, I have a white blouse with some ruching on the sleeve, which helps to give the whole outfit a milkmaid vibe.

I’ve accessorized with a straw hat which is not only practical for a sunny day, but is also stylish.

A pair of blue flats in the same shade as the dress finish off the look.

Wide-brim hat

4. Wide-brim hat

Here we have another floral dress, though in a very different style to the first one. This floral print is much bigger, making the overall look a lot more bold.

If, like me, you’re into floral, it’s great to play around with different print sizes to see what difference they can make on the overall look.

Because the dress has a black base, I styled it with a black waistcoat and shoes.

A wide-brim hat is sure to keep the sun out of your eyes and is a really fun accessory.

Bow-sleeve dress

5. Bow-sleeve dress

For the last summer outfit, we have this midi dress in medium green. As you can see, the sleeves are in a bow style which adds a really nice bit of subtle beauty to the look.

The dress has a gorgeous white floral print with some flowers clustered together and other ones as individuals.

If you like clothes in a solid color and only want a little bit of a print, this dress strikes the perfect balance.
