The Prettiest Summer Tops

One of the easiest ways to add interest to your outfit is with a pretty summer top. Florals have always been a favorite of mine, so I’m enjoying the floral trend we are experiencing this year. I recently found the prettiest summer tops on Amazon. They are actually the same top in two different floral patterns. They were both so cute that I couldn’t pick just one! A floral blouse may seem like a piece that has to be dressed up, but I will show you some different ways to style these summer tops that are also more casual. The nice thing about these tops is that you can also wear them into the fall season simply by adding another layer such as a jacket or cardigan.

Red Floral Blouse

As I mentioned, I had a hard time choosing just one. I rarely buy two of the same pieces, but in this case I think I will wear both of them equally. I believe I counted 27 different colors and patterns to choose from, but I love red so this one caught my eye right off the bat. I styled each top three ways, but there are so many other possibilities! I am wearing a size large in both tops, and I would say to go with your normal size.

Red Floral Top + Wide Leg Pants

Wide leg pants are very on trend and this is a great look for work or for going out with friends. My pants are from last year (Loft) and I will link something similar. I kept my sandal neutral and added a leather tote.

Red Floral Top + Chambray High Waisted Chambray Pants

These chambray pants are so comfortable. They are Knox Rose, from Target. I am wearing a medium. I would warn those of you who are petite that you might want to pass on these because of the length. I am 5’7″ and I still need to wear heels to prevent them from dragging on the floor.

Red Floral Top + Black Jeans

For the most casual look of the three, pairing the red floral top with black jeans and flats is another option. These black jeans fit like a dream. They are from Loft and they run true to size. Unfortunately, they have sold out except for a couple of sizes in the curvy fit. This pair from Old Navy are similar.

White Floral Top

The second style that I chose is called white floral on the Amazon website. It is actually more of an off-white background. The colors of the floral pattern make it easy to pair with different bottoms. White Floral Top + Olive Green Shorts These olive green shorts from Target blend perfectly with the green in the floral pattern. This is a good option for a hot day, and I paired them with a block heel sandal from Walmart.

White Floral Top + Red High Waisted Pants

These paper bag waist pants have been a top seller on Amazon for quite some time. I get compliments every time I wear them! They are still available and I think the red is another good pairing with this floral print. For reference, I wear a medium in the pants.

White Floral Top + Jeans

Don’t let the style of this top keep you from wearing it with blue denim. I really like this combination because of the contrast between the dressier top with the casual jeans.
