Hey guys! Today I want to show you how to target skin discoloration with a lime and some other natural ingredients you already have at home.

This is great for discoloration on elbows, knees, ankles, and knuckles.

In this tutorial, I’m going to focus on the knuckles and hands.

Disclaimer: When applied to the skin, turmeric can sometimes cause temporary staining, so please proceed with caution! You may wish to use slightly less turmeric than the recipe recommends.

Tools and materials:

  • Lime
  • Baking soda
  • Bowl
  • Wild turmeric
  • Sugar
  • Shampoo/body scrub
Soaking hands

1. Soak

Put some warm water in a bowl and add a small spoonful of baking soda. Let your hands soak in it for 5 minutes.

2. Prepare your lime scrub

Cut a lime in half. Take half the lime and sprinkle some wild turmeric onto the open section.

Sprinkle some sugar on top of that, and drip on a couple drops of shampoo or body wash.

Rub the face of the lime on your knuckles and hands, scrubbing well.

Washing hands

Then wash it off and apply moisturizer. The results are even more impressive than a professional manicure.
