I love the feel of cashmere - always warm, without being sweaty, and so smooth and soft to the touch.

This long sleeve cashmere had been a perfect Winter Wardrobe Staple...but it was now limp and weary and done.

Let's give this Cashmere a New life...with 2 simple CUTS!

Let's Go!

Materials You Need:

1 Cashmere Long Sleeve Sweater...worn and weary is good.

1 Sewing Scissor

Sewing Scissor...Amazon LINK.

Cashmere Sweater...Amazon LINK.

Step 1: Cut Off the Sleeves.

Here's the Trick...Separately cut off each sleeve...and leave the sleeve seam in place.

Cut about 1/4 inch from the sleeve seam...do not cut into the seam. Leave the sleeve seam on the sweater.

This should prevent any fraying of the sweater fabric.

Once both sleeves are cut off, the project is done.

I decided that the V-Neck was perfect as is, and I left it in place. For more of a scoop, you may want to remove the neck edging for a wider neckline.

Ready for the Warm Weather in Cashmere.

Love the Softness of Cashmere on Bare Skin.
