Quick and Easy Wet Hair Look Tutorial
Let’s do a gorgeous, wet hair, slicked back look together! Just follow along with my step-by-step tutorial.
Tools and materials:
- Moroccan oil
- Strong hairspray
- Hair brush
- Bobby pins
- Fine comb
- Hair dryer with cold air function
1. Apply Moroccan oil
First I recommend applying Moroccan oil to get the wet look started.
Pour a small amount on your hands and spread it through your hair.
2. Separate the front
Use your fingers or a comb to help you separate the face-framing sections of hair, like this:
3. Apply hairspray
Use a generous amount of strong hairspray on your hair.
Brush it through the back section of your hair.
4. Pin back the hair behind your ears
Criss-cross 2 bobby pins to hold the hair behind each of your ears.
5. Slick back the front and set the hair
Grab the back section of hair from the front with a comb and apply hairspray to this section.
Comb it backward while the spray is still wet.
Set it with cold air.
Once the hairspray has completely dried, repeat with the next section of hair.
Then repeat on the other side of your face.
