Today I am showing you four different 1-minute hairstyles that all take less than a minute to do. They are all super cute and trendy right now. I am timing them to guarantee that they all actually take less than a minute.
Tools and materials:
- Hair ties
- Bobby pins
- Clear elastics
1-minute hairstyle 1: twisted bun
1. Ponytail
Tie your hair into a low ponytail.
2. Divide hair into two
Divide your hair into two equal sections.
3. Twist
Twist the two sections around each other, creating a rope-like braid.
4. Wrap
Wrap your pony around the base of the hair tie to create a bun. Secure with an elastic.
This is the side and back of this look. As you can see, it looks great from all angles. This hairstyle is super sophisticated and only took me 57 seconds!
1-minute hairstyle 2: rope braid
1. Divide
Divide the top of your hair on one side into two sections.
2. Add in hair
Add in hair to each section as you wrap the two sections around each other. Repeat until you run out of hair.
3. Finish the rope braid
When you run out of hair to add to the sections, divide those hairs into two sections and twist them away from your face as you wrap them around each other until you hit the bottom.
Secure the rope braid with a hair tie.
This is the front and back. This hairstyle is super cute and easy! It only took 57 seconds as well!
1-minute hairstyle 3: braided bun
1. Tie your hair
Tie your hair up into a high ponytail.
2. Divide your hair
Divide your hair into three sections.
3. Braid
Braid your ponytail into a standard three-strand braid all the way down. Secure with an elastic.
4. Wrap the braid
Wrap the braid around the base of your hair tie to create a bun.
5. Secure
Secure the bun with bobby pins.
This is the view of the hairstyle from the front, back, and side. This hairstyle is super versatile. You can add clips, a headband, like in this picture, or whatever you would like.
1-minute hairstyle 4: half up, half down
1. Tie your hair half up
Tie your hair half up but make sure to leave a section out, as pictured above.
2. Wrap
Take the section you left out earlier and drape it around the ponytail.
Secure with a hair elastic or bobby pin. I prefer to use a hair elastic because it is more secure.
If your hair tie is showing, gently pull the section of hair over it.
Here it is from the front, back, and side. Adorable! It only took 50 seconds.

I am saving this to go back to for a few days until I have it down pat! I am so happy to learn something new to do with my hair myself besides the same old ponytail or clip it all up! Thank you so much for your time to teach others different ways they can do themselves to not only look better but to feel better as well. Much gratitude!
