2-Step All Natural Facial Using Aloe Vera
Here is a quick and easy 2-part aloe vera facial you can do at home.
This home-facial includes a scrub and a massage that will leave you with beautiful glowing skin!
Best aloe vera leaf!
Tools and materials:
- Aloe vera leaf
- Scraping tool
- Rice flour
- Honey
- Vitamin E capsule
- Water and face cloth
1. Start with the aloe vera
Start with an aloe vera leaf that you cut in half to expose the gel.
Scrape the gel out of one half of the aloe vera leaf, and save the other half for later.
2. Make the aloe vera scrub
Sprinkle rice flour on the scraped Aloe Vera leaf.
Drizzle honey over the rice flour.
3. Use your aloe vera scrub
Gently scrub your “dressed” aloe vera over your whole face to remove dead skin, blackheads, and whiteheads.
Wash off the aloe vera scrub with water and a soft cloth.
4. Make an aloe vera massage
On the other half of your aloe vera leaf, with the gel still on it, drizzle the contents of one vitamin E gel capsule.
Massage it into your face for 10 minutes.
