Acne Roller Ball With Essential Oils

Learn how to make an easy acne roller ball with essential oils. This is a natural spot treatment that promotes healing and has anti-inflammatory properties to help reduce inflammation from blemishes.
Use this as needed directly on blemishes. You can use it twice a day after washing.
I used lavender essential oil and palmarosa essential oils. Lavender is soothing for irritated skin. Both oils are antimicrobial to promote healing. You can learn more about different oils to use in my acne roller ball with essential oils post.
To make it, you will need:
- 1 drop lavender essential oil
- 1 drop palmarosa essential oil
- 10 ml sweet almond oil
- 10 ml roller bottle
This makes a 1 percent dilution, which is safe for spot treatment for the face. If you use different oils, only use 2 drops per 10 ml of a carrier oil.
Add 1 drop of each oil to an empty roller bottle.
Then fill up with sweet almond oil. Replace the roller and cap. Shake gently or roll between your hands to combine.
Wash your face and use a toner. Then use this spot treatment where you need it. You only need to apply it to blemishes. I let it soak in and then follow with moisturizer.
