It's more efficient to prevent than to remedy. Instead of addressing excessive wrinkles after they appear, it's preferable to avoid them altogether.


As we grow older, we develop expression lines, typically horizontal in nature.

    Alot of BS.

    On older faces less is more , always go with the more neutral colors. Retinol and collagen? Try Witchazel and a really good moisturizer

    I would also add..sleep on a silk or satin pillowcase. Sleep on your back. It took me 5 months to "train" myself to sleep on my back. Now, I get back pains if I do wander on my side. No more pillowcase wrinkle face! I have no passive wrinkles, just active ones when I laugh. 59 going on 60 here. The tips on here and my tips mentioned work. One last thing, no matter how good your skincare/makeup is, sunscreen is a must or going without causes aging, and it is one step in reducing skin cancer.
