Banish Blackheads and Skin Texture With Just 2 Affordable Ingredients
Hi everyone, I get blackheads a lot on my nose and today I’m going to show you how to remove them using apple cider vinegar and Aztec Healing Clay (calcium bentonite). You can find both of these ingredients on Amazon.
These two ingredients are also great for treating acne. Let’s get started.
Tools and materials:
- Aztec Healing Clay
- Apple cider vinegar
- Bowl
- Spoon/mixer
- Cleanser
What causes blackheads?
In simple terms, blackheads happen when the open holes on your skin (your pores) fill up with dirt and excess oil.
If you’re like me and have an oily T-zone, you’re probably prone to blackheads too.
1. Mixing the Aztec Clay Mask and apple cider vinegar
The combination of these two ingredients makes a deep pore cleansing mask.
Mix two tablespoons of clays with three tablespoons of apple cider vinegar.
2. How to apply the mask
I like to apply the mask with my hands because I feel like it gives me more control, but you can use a mask applicator if you’d prefer.
If you only struggle with blackheads on your nose, you only need to apply it to this area.
But, if you struggle with blackheads or acne or texture across your whole face, go ahead and apply it all over like I’ve done.
Leave the mask to sit on your skin for fifteen to thirty minutes, depending on how sensitive your skin is.
As the mask dries, it will begin to crack and your skin will feel tight.
I then go ahead and remove the mask using lukewarm water and my regular cleanser.
