Tools and materials:

  • Concealer
  • Toilet paper
  • Blending brush
  • Setting powder
Applying concealer

1. Apply concealer

Start by applying very little concealer under your eyes, you don’t want to do big triangles.

Blending

2. Blend

Next, blend it out as you normally would.

Splitting toilet paper

3. Split toilet paper

Now take a piece of toilet paper and split it in half.

Removing excess concealer

4. Remove excess concealer

Use one of the strips of toilet paper to blot the concealer.

Simply place it beneath your eyes and gently press it down.

Removing excess concealer

Take a look at the toilet paper, and you will see that the excess concealer has moved onto the paper.

Applying setting powder

5. Apply setting powder

Take the other half of the toilet paper, place it under your eyes, and set them with power.

Instead of setting your under eyes directly, set them by applying the powder to the top of the tissue paper.
