Beautiful Half-up Hairstyle Sure to Impress
In this tutorial, I’m going to show you how to do this stylish half-up half-down hairstyle for when you’re looking to impress. Let’s get started!
Tools and materials:
- Hair ties
- Hairspray
- Bobby pins
1. Tie back the top layer of your hair
Section your hair at the very top of your head and tie it back loosely with a hair tie.
2. Create a hole in the ponytail
Separate the section into two just above the hair tie and create a hole.
3. Flip the ponytail into the hole
Flip the ponytail over the hair tie and into the hole.
4. Adjust
Adjust to your liking by pinching and pulling it into place.
5. Repeat steps 1-4 on both sides of your head
This time section your hair on both sides of your head and repeat steps 1-4. You should have three flipped ponytails in total.
6. Pin each of the ponytails together
Overlap each of the ponytails and pin them together at the hair tie.
7. Hide the hair tie with a ponytail
Use one of the ponytails to wrap over the hair tie and hide it. Pin it back as well.
8. Apply hairspray
Apply hairspray to the styled area.
