This Hairstyle is so Much Easier Than It Looks.. Just Twist
This hairstyle is really a lot easier than it looks from the finished effect. It gives lift to the front and sides and interest at the back. Let’s do it!
Tools and materials:
- 3 invisible hair ties
- Comb
- 2 hair grips
1. Separate
Separate the crown section of hair.
2. Tie
Draw it back into a loose ponytail and wrap a hair tie around it.
3. Divide
Divide the hair just above the tie and make a hole.
4. Flip
Lift the tail up. Flip it through the hole and pull it down.
Ease the hair gently above the tie to give it more volume.
5. Side pieces
Make a ponytail on each side of the center section in the same way and flip the ends through.
6. Draw together
Draw the three ponytails together at the back of your head.
Place the right section over the other two and use a grip to hold all three together.
7. Wrap
Take a section of hair from underneath and wrap it around the three tails, covering the hair ties.
Use another grip to hold it in place and push the tails up towards the crown.

The finished style is casually chic, with lots of height at the crown. It’s a half-up with a difference and I think it looks great.
