Best Simple Makeup Routine
Things can get complicated sometimes, so I like to keep my makeup look simple.
Follow along with this step-by-step tutorial for the best, simple makeup routine.
Tools and materials:
- Eyebrow comb
- Eyebrow pencil with spoolie
- Brown eyeshadow palette
- Angled brush
- Eyelash curler
- Mascara
- Mineral foundation and brush
- Lip gloss
- Cotton swab
1. Line and fill in your brows
Comb your brows upward with a brow brush. Then use your eyebrow pencil to mark the bottom of the browline, mainly at the front, as well as the top.
Next, fill in gaps with light, brush-like strokes. Fill in at the end of the brow if it looks sparse.
Comb out the pencil marks with a spoolie for a softened look. Touch up any more holes with the pencil.
Apply brown shade of eyeshadow that matches your brow color to a small, angled brush and lightly go over your brows.
Then use your brow brush again to brush everything together.
2. Curl your lashes and apply mascara
Curl your top eyelashes.
Apply mascara to your top and bottom lashes.
3. Apply foundation
Apply mineral foundation to your skin to cover any redness.
4. Apply lip gloss
Put on your favorite shade of lip gloss.
5. Clean up
Use a cotton swab to clean up any residual mascara.
