Here, I’m going to share with you a simple way to upgrade your look with a safety pin and bow. Let’s jump on in!

Tools and materials:
- Bow with safety pin
1. Wrap shirt
With your shirt unbuttoned, wrap one side over the other like so.
2. Pin bow
Then, pin the bow where you’ve wrapped one side over the other to secure the two sides of the shirt in place.
Here is the finished look. The asymmetrical appearance is super stylish, and it also looks very well coordinated, seeing as I went for a navy bow to match the navy stripes on the shirt.

You can also tuck one side in to mix things up a bit and help accentuate your waist.
We generally think of accessories being something like a belt or a scarf, but this is a great example of how a bow can add some interest to your whole outfit. It acts as a focal point and immediately draws attention.
