With Valentine’s Day around the corner, I thought I’d treat you to a little Valentine’s outfit ideas lookbook. I’m going to show you six outfits that are everything you’d want them to be in a Valentine’s Day look - cute, sexy, feminine, flirty.

So whether you and your loved one will be going out this Valentine's Day or spending it at home, there is some styling inspiration here for you!

Cute Valentine’s Day outfits

1. Love is all you need

First up, what better piece of clothing for Valentine’s Day than this cute jacket that has the word ‘love’ all over it.

I’ve styled it with some short shorts and over-the-knee leather boots, and the combination of these gives off such a sexy feel.

I’ve added a pop of color to this black and white outfit with a red clutch and a touch of red lipstick because, of course, red is the color of love.

2. Stripy chic

Next up, I have this stripy two-piece in a bit of pajama-inspired style. I love the fluffy black detail on the bottom of the pants; I think it’s a really glam element.

I paired the two-piece with some cute metallic pumps and a white handbag. Around my neck, I’m wearing a gold necklace with a lock on it, as if to say to my Valentine, “you hold the key to my heart.”

3. Keep it simple

The next outfit is a little more laidback, though it doesn’t compromise on style.

I’ve matched a pair of faux-leather leggings with a brown shirt, and the contrasting fit of the tight bottoms with the loose top creates a flattering and balanced look.

On my feet, I’m wearing black pumps that have some gold chain detail. A little black bag and a pair of sunnies finish off the look.

4. The color of love

Here I’ve gone for a red and pink stripy cardigan because, as I mentioned before, I feel that any sort of shade of red or pink to me represents love and romance.

Incorporating these colors into your Valentine’s Day outfit will make you look cute and on-trend for the day.

I dressed the cardigan up here by pairing it with a pair of dressy gray pants and some high-heeled red booties. The red scarf on my brown bag also ties into the color theme.

5. Animal print

Here again, I’ve gone for a pink top which is a really gorgeous and feminine color. I paired it with some leopard print pants.

For me, there is something really sexy about wearing animal print, so I thought it would be very appropriate to include it in this lookbook.

I have a brown blazer draped over my shoulders, and I like the contrast between the bright pink and the darker brown; it creates a harmonious blend.

6. Furry

Last up, again we have the passionate red with a pair of cropped pants with a sexy slit up the front. Up top, I’m wearing a cropped vest with a furry cardigan over the top.

Come on, who isn’t going to want to give you a hug when you’re wearing a furry jacket like that?

The fur adds some funky texture and a bit of dimension to this look. Finishing the look off, we have a black purse that has a cheeky pop of yellow on it.
