Adventures With My Blazer Dress
How to style your blazer dress for optimum cost per wear value
I love a blazer dress. Instantly elegant, and you can make what you want of it in the detail. This beautiful example is from H&M and recently bought for the bargain sum of £20 on sale. I’m a bit of a fabric/cut snob and have to admit that it looks and feels like it belongs in a way higher price point.
For my first style I’ve picked out pink accessories for a summery theme. I’ve added a pretty Pucci belt with gorgeous stitching detail, a pink bag and some pearl sliders from Zara (also sale) I’m wearing a pearl necklace to pick up the detail from my shoes. I’ve accessorised with a pink bag.
I just adore these Nicole Farhi sandals, I have had them for years and come back to them time and time again to dress up so many outfits.
This is my second Blazer Dress look, but the options go on. It would also look great over a silk cami or statement tee, with shorts or a skirt.
I’ve left it open and styled with a patterned Reiss blouse, classic Levis (crop, because I’m a short a&se) and these beautiful sandals that make any outfit feel put together.
I hope you like my looks and it’s helpful to think of other ways to style up a classic garment and make it feel new again.
