The 90’s High Rise From Abercrombie

The 90’s high rise relaxed jeans from Abercrombie have gotten a lot of hype. But they are pretty pricey and I am reluctant when I can’t try them on in person. But, since I have been on the hunt for some new jeans that don’t have holes and distressing as most of mine do, at the encouragement of friends, I decided to give these a shot. I was nervous as I don’t live close to a store but was told their return policy was easy so I hit place order! So here is my honest review.

I was unsure on sizing but knew I definitely didn’t want to worry that I couldn’t wash and dry them, so I went with the 26 regular as a 5’3 gal. I will say I did not order raw hem but ended up cutting off at least an inch and a half as they were too long which I’m ok with because I like the raw hem and will even more after washing.

I was not sure how I felt about the fit. They are a heavier denim but they are pretty comfy and so not fit tight. I probably could have gone with a 25, but I wanted them to fit well with bodysuits which does take up some space.

After wearing for the day I decided I do like them. I’ll probably only wear them with cropped shirts or bodysuits to offset the bagginess.

Shows the wide leg a little more.

These do come in a lot of washes. But for me $100 is a little steep, but they are quality jeans.

oh, and not to be forgotten. These hot pink dunks 🩷
