Pink the Other Neutral

Pink is one of those beautiful, neutral colors that pairs well with so many other colors. It can be matched with a multitude of colors to create a distinct and sophisticated outfit. The color pink will be having its fashion moment this Spring/Summer and has shown up on so many different designers fashion runways.
Since we are in February, which is the month of love, try pairing a blush pink midi skirt with a multi-colored blouse. I found that pairing pink within an outfit adds a certain level of sophistication and a great base to getting an outfit started.
A pink midi skirt is one of those items that will look great on every body type (this is why I love them so much!) I usually look for midi skirts that sit right at the waist and hits just below the knee. If a midi skirt has some pleats, for me that is an added bonus, because it provides some movement.
Try styling a wrap blouse with your midi skirt creating a classic and sophisticated silhouette. On this outfit, I love the way that the shades of pink work together, from the midi skirt to the the blouse creating a beautiful palette of pinks. I hope that this inspires you to see pink as a wonderful neutral which can be incorporated into your wardrobe and mixed with so many other colors!
