You may recall I added band iron on patches to a corduroy shacket and I love the way it came out. But there weren't enough patches for the back, plus I didn't think it would look good and would be too random. So instead I decided to add "rock and roll" iron ons in big bulky letters. but I couldn't find patches for that so I got iron on canvas fabric instead and made it myself.

I found this on Amazon. It was a big role and it was perfect to cut out letters.

I started by tracing the letters onto the fabric. I free handed this, but you could always use a stencil. Or even print out a font you like on paper and then cut out the letters and trace.

Then I cut out each letter.

I place them on the back of the jacket first to see how it looked and figure out the spacing.

Then I used an iron to adhere the letters using medium heat. I put it right on top and I didn't have any issues with the fabric burning. I was pleasantly surprised with the adhesive and the quality.

I'm pretty sure I'm too cool for school now🤪
