Overnight Curly Hair Hack “Jersey Girl Knows Best”
Have you seen this hack online?! I tried it out and it actually works! I couldn’t believe it myself! So just grab your robe belt with your damp hair and meet me down below 😆. Ready?! Let’s do this!
Okay, are you ready for this exciting new curly hair hack?! Me too! I start with damp hair and my robe belt. I know it sounds so strange, but trust me. It works! First, I place the center of the robe belt on top of my head. I have seen where some people use a claw clip to help secure the belt to their head, but it stayed on top for mine so I did not need to do that.
I start by taking sections of hair, depending on how curly you would like the hair to be. I used about a 1-2" section of hair. I then wrapped the hair around the belt, I held it at the belt then took another section of hair and repeated the process until all my hair on the one side of my head was wrapped around the belt.
I used an elastic hair tie to secure my hair to the belt to stay in place.
I repeated the process on the other half of my head, then I twisted the belt in the direction of the hair so it did not get loose and I tied the belt behind my neck to keep the hair in place and keep the curls tight. Now off to bed 🛏
After you’ve had your beauty rest you can now take out the belt! When you take it out this is how it looks! Look at those spiral curls 😄
I recently cut a few inches of my hair off so for longer hair you could just wrap the whole half of your hair around the robe belt for loose curls and by sections for tighter curls.

How long did you leave your hair wrapped in the belt?
Did you put any kind of gel or anything on your hair before you wrapped it?
How long did the curls last? Is your hair normally straight?

I went to sleep with it and no I did not put anything other than water in my hair, but my hair is easily curled.
