Eliminate Shoe Odors Using Rubbing Alcohol
We all have smelly shoes that are in our home, and if you have kids in sports you'll probably want this simple hack. Guess what, you already have this ingredient in your home! You can see more of my crazy creations here
You'll need some rubbing alcohol and a squirt bottle.
The stronger the rubbing alcohol the more effective it is at killing germs. The rubbing alcohol will disinfect the shoes and kill the odor.
I purchased this bottle from the dollar store, and you can find the higher concentration levels at places like Walmart, Target, and drug stores.
Pour the rubbing alcohol into a squirt bottle. I love leaving rubbing alcohol in a squirt bottle anyway as it's great for cleaning so many things on the fly.
Spray the inside of the shoes with the alcohol, and be sure to be generous. Make sure to get all the way inside the shoe, top, bottom, etc. You want to disinfect the entire shoe.
