Festive Holiday Bun Tutorial
If you’re looking for a simple but classy holiday hairstyle, I have the look for you!
Follow along with my tutorial and create a festive holiday bun with me.
Tools and materials:
- Hair tie
- Bobby pins
- Faux berries
1. Make a bun with a tail
Use a hair tie to secure a bun at the back of your head, but don’t pull all of the tail through.
Leave a decent amount of hair hanging from the bun.
2. Tuck the tail
Take the hair hanging down and tuck it into the ponytail to create 2 buns, 1 on top of the other.
3. Polish it off
Manipulate the bun with your fingers to tuck in all the hair sticking out.
You’re basically tucking it over the bun and into the elastic, for a sock-bun look.
4. Secure your festive holiday bun
Add as many bobby pins as you need to secure the hair in place. Add some fun, faux berries, if you’d like.
