Let me show you guys the genius way for removing small rubber bands the painless way.

I don’t know about you but I love using those tiny rubber bands but pulling them out is so difficult. They get all tangled with hair making them impossible to remove.

Well, don’t worry. I have a perfect hack for that!

Tools and materials:

  • Curling iron
Using curling iron

1. Heat up your curling iron

You will need a curling iron to do the job so make sure it’s nice and hot when you’re ready to start.

Popped hair elastic

2. Burn and pop

Gently press the curling iron to the rubber band, and hold it there for a couple of seconds.

Before you know it the rubber band will pop open without a fuss.

Simply remove the broken rubber band and enjoy.

I love this trick because so many of my favorite, more intricate hairdos require lots of tiny rubber bands.

I hope this technique saves you as much time and discomfort as it has for me. Try it at home and see for yourself. You will not be disappointed.
