Hack to Get More Volume in Your Ponytail
Here, I’m going to show you a cool hack to get more volume in your ponytail.
If your hair is a bit lackluster and it could do with that extra boost, you’re going to love this clever hair hack. It is so easy to do you’ll be pinching yourself that you never thought of the idea.
Let’s jump on in!
Tools and materials:
- Hair tie
- Small claw clip
1. Tie half ponytail
First, tie your hair in a basic half ponytail.
2. Pull ponytail through hole
Create a hole in the top part of the ponytail above the elastic and pull the ponytail through.
3. Add clip
Hold the ponytail at the front of your head and place a small claw clip over the hair tie.

Then simply let go of the half ponytail, place it over the clip, and voila, you have a gorgeous voluminous ponytail.
Adding the clip gives the hairstyle that boost, but with the ponytail covering it, it remains hidden.
