Quick and Easy Half-up, Half-down Claw Clip Hairstyle Tutorial
Here, I’m going to show you a super simple half-up, half-down claw clip hairstyle.
This will take you less than a minute to do, and it looks absolutely gorgeous. Let’s get started!
Tools and materials:
- Claw clip
- Hair elastic
1. Tie half-ponytail
Start by tying your hair into a half-ponytail with a hair elastic.
2. Add claw clip
Bring the half-ponytail to the front of your head and insert the claw clip.
3. Separate hair
Now separate the hair from your ponytail into two.
4. Clip hair
Bring the two sections of hair down either side of the clip and bring the clip over the hair on each side.
5. Pull out hair at top
Gently pull on your hair at the top of the clip to make it more voluminous.

Here is the finished look. I love the two sections of hair gracefully cascading down either side, as well as the pulled out section of hair at the top of the clip.
