Create a Barbie Inspired No-Sew Daisy Sunglass Case in just about 30 minutes with Kunin© Classic™ Felt. The easiest way to hold your sunglasses and keep them safe is in this wrap and go case that has a pop of iconic Barbie pink with happy daisies, and a bright green ribbon.

Simply place the sunglasses inside, fold the case in half, then wrap the ribbon around the center, tucking the end through the loops to secure. There are free patterns included below to make this project super quick and easy.

The perfect sunglass case to pop in your purse, tote, or beach bag this Summer. The bright pink felt makes them easy to find while preventing any scratches, and daisies are the happiest flower.

What do you need to make a No-Sew Felt Sunglass Case?

How do you make a Barbie Inspired Sunglass Case?

STEP ONE

To begin the Daisy Sunglass Case inspired by Barbie, gather all supplies and materials. Download and print the free pattern sheet located at the bottom of this post.

STEP TWO

Cut out the sunglass case shape from the pattern sheet with scissors. Attach the pattern to two layers of Shocking Pink Kunin© Classic™ Felt using straight pins. Carefully cut out the base pattern with sharp scissors. Attach the two layers of shocking pink felt together using Fabri-Fuse liquid fabric glue from E6000. Set aside to dry. E6000 Fabri-fuse liquid fabric glue is extremely flexible, has stretch, won’t create bumps or bulges, and allows the felt to remain pliable — even after washing.

STEP THREE

Cut out the daisy shape from the pattern sheet and trace it twice onto White Kunin© Classic™ Felt with the MONO Twin Permanent Marker.

I love drawing and tracing with the MONO Twin Permanent Marker from Tombow because it has a large bullet tip and a small extra fine tip.

Cut out the daisy flowers with sharp detail scissors. Remember to cut inside the traced lines for a clean, finished project.

STEP FOUR

Cut out the flower center shape from the pattern sheet and trace it twice onto Gold Kunin© Classic™ Felt with the MONO Twin Permanent Marker.

Cut out the daisy centers with sharp detail scissors. Remember to cut inside the traced lines for a clean, finished project.

STEP FIVE

Attach the daisy flowers to the case with Fabri-Fuse liquid fabric glue. Pinch the center of the flower with your thumb and forefinger to gather it, creating dimension. Repeat with the second flower, then set aside to allow the glue to set and dry.

STEP SIX

Glue the gold felt flower centers to the daisies. Measure and cut a 48″ length of bright green grosgrain ribbon. Fold over each end and secure with Fabri-Fuse.

Attach the ribbon to the back of the sunglass case with more fabric glue. Let glue dry.

STEP SEVEN

To use, place sunglasses inside the pink case, fold in half around the glasses, wrap the ribbon around the center of the case, and secure by tucking the loose end of the ribbon through the wrapped ribbon.

Place in a handbag, purse, tote, or beach bag, and have some summer fun!
