Best heat hair guard!
Tools and materials:
- 2 hair ties
- 2 bobby pins
- Curling iron
1. Make a ponytail
Pull your hair into a high ponytail but leave some hair out in the front. Pull to tighten.
2. Tie 2 shoelace knots
Split the tail in 2 and tie a knot as if you were tying your shoelaces.
Then pull the rest of the ends to the back and repeat the same type of knot.
3. Twist and cross the ends in front
Twist the remaining ends around your fingers and bring them to the front. Then criss-cross them in front of the bun.
4. Secure the bun
With a little bit of the ends still hanging out, wrap another hair tie around the bun. Then pinch and pull at the bun for some fullness.
5. Address the front section of hair
Grab a section from the front but still leave out your bangs or some face framing hair.
Smooth the hair around the back of the bun.
Then twist the end and wrap it around to the front.
With a bit of the end still hanging, secure it in the back with a bobby pin. Be sure that you can’t see the pin.
Repeat on the other side.
6. Touch up
Use a curling iron to touch up your bangs/face framing hair.
Take a look at the bun and pinch and pull if needed for more fullness.
Curl any hairs in the back that were too short to fit in.

Very cute messy bun....but too complicated for me 😔
Very cute, but doesn't all this pulling harm your hair?
