I love working with eco beads and these Tagua nut drilled beads are so tactile hard wearing and bright coloured gems!

I decide to work with some pair aid similar sized beads in a Pastel apple green colour which I thought would look great and summery!

I use an ornate head pin that slips easily through the bead and round nosed pliers that make a loop ready to hold the silver ear wires.

Headpin

There are lots of styles of pin you can choose and some plain and simple and some with different metals and creative flourishes. They are all easy to bend and soon you will be able to whip up a pair of unique earrings in no time at all!

Cut pin

The pin is bit too long and I don’t want loop to be too large so I snip it to size with scissors. Then curl it round the curves of the pliers to make a small loop.

Ear hook

The sterling silver ear hooks easily thread through the loops and I pinch them tight and secure with the round nosed pliers.

I’m so happy with this delightful summery green earrings from with sterling silver ear hooks from eco Tagua nuts!
