SUCCULENT RING TUTORIAL

I hope you had a great weekend. Last week I shared a flower crown tutorial with you. I’ve been enjoying playing with flowers and plants in the garden and incorporating them into fun flower crowns and jewelry.

Today I am going to show you how to make a fun ring out of succulents. Succulents have been hugely popular for years now. They look pretty and are almost impossible to kill. A great combination for a plant! The succulent rings I am going to show you how to make are super rad because after you wear them, you can plant them in a pot and they will grow! How fun is that?
Supplies:
Ring Base
Floral Glue
Succulents
Start by taking your succulents and gently pulling them apart so they are small enough to fit on the ring base. Plan out how you would like to arrange them.
Take a small amount of floral glue and and dab the base of the succulent into it, then place the succulent onto the ring base and hold it in place for about 30 seconds while the glue sets.
It’s that easy!
If you want to plant the succulents later peel them off the ring base and simply stick them in a small pot of dirt. With regular watering and some sunshine they will continue to grow.

I am very good at killing succulents. Everything else I have grows really well, just not them. I have other plants that I have had for 20+ years.
