3 Cute and Easy Line Art Nail Designs for Christmas
In this easy Christmas nail art tutorial, I’m going to show you a few different designs with red, gold, and white nails. Let’s get started.
Tools and materials:
- Red nail polish
- White nail polish
- Gold nail polish
- Silver nail polish
- Cream nail polish
- Black nail polish
Red, white, and silver curved nails
1. Draw a curved red line
Starting with a neutral cream base, draw a red line from the base of your nail to the top of your nail on the opposite side.
The line should curve slightly and cross over the center of the nail.
2. Draw a white curved line
Draw a white curved line parallel to the red line, following the same curve.
3. Draw a silver curved line
Draw another curved line on the other side of the red line. This time, use a silver shimmery polish.
Black, white, and red swirl nails
1. Draw a black line
Start with a clear base and draw a thick black line down the center of the nail. It should cover about ⅓ of the nail.
2. Fill in both sides in red
Fill in both sides of the black line in red.
3. Draw two white lines
Draw two white lines on both sides of the black line. It’s okay if it’s a bit messy.
4. Mix
Use a dotting tool to mix the three colors together. I went back and forth from side to side to create this fun, swirled pattern.
White, silver, and gold candy-cane nails
1. Draw diagonal white lines
Starting with a red base, draw four diagonal white lines across the nail in a candy-cane pattern.
3. Add gold lines
Draw gold lines on top of the white lines. Ensure the white line is dry first so the colors don’t mix.
3. Add silver lines
Draw silver glittery lines below the white lines.
